Warranty Policy

  • PURE, LUX, MIRROR, MIRROR-LUX, TOWEL RAIL and Tower:

    The products of the different indoor lines of Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE come with a 5-year warranty on the equipment and its operation. The service life of this equipment is 20 years.

    The Warranty period begins upon the customer’s approval and the demonstration and installation of the equipment by Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE.

    Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE’s policy is to preferably replace the complete unit, in order to offer greater efficiency and avoid delaying warranty cases due to a lack of spare parts. Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE keeps sufficient stock to replace equipment quickly. If a quick replacement is not available, Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE will provide you with equivalent equipment while the correct unit is imported. With this policy we always keep our customers’ spaces comfortable.

    The warranty does not cover accessories of our heating equipment, such as LED lighting, spotlights, home automation or others. However, Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE offers a replacement service for these accessories, at a cost quoted at the time, if the customer so wishes.

    In addition, the warranties do not cover defects caused by misuse and/or tampering with installations that were not carried out directly by Klein Home staff or approved by Klein Home. The warranty does not cover electrical surges or short circuits caused by a faulty or poorly installed electrical network, supply or power source. Examples of misuse include:

    • Exposure to water.

    • Damage caused by dirt.

    • Surface damage from impacts and/or objects striking the unit.

    • Application of paint or any other solvent.

    The warranty also does not cover natural discoloration resulting from the use of heat-producing equipment.

  • DIRECT, GLASS and ZERO:

    The products of the different outdoor lines of Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE come with a 1-year warranty.

    This warranty can be extended by commercial agreement.

    The service life of this equipment is 5 years (20 years for Zero).

    The service life of the filaments in Ruby, Ruby compact, Blade and Smart is 5,000 operating hours. Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE offers filament replacements at an extra cost for materials and labor.

    This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse and/or tampering that was not carried out directly by Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE staff or approved by the company. The warranty does not cover electrical surges or short circuits caused by a faulty or poorly installed electrical network, supply or power source. Examples of misuse include:
